Love shaving my cock and balls, get really turned on doing it, took the lot of this time, love the smooth feel, but got a bit of shaving burn/ rash, how. Do you stop this, want to remain totally bald until the winter comes in, tried using my wife’s moisturiser, anyone got away of dealing with this, was intending to shave every other day

Put "ways to get rid of razor burn" or bumps into Google. You'll get a list. Some you can do from the kitchen or medicine cabinet.

I've heard good results with solutions containing aspirin.

I shave my cock and balls, and always use cornflour as talc, keeps it risk free for me. Talcum powder can make you sweat more, so can irritate. And cornflour is unscented and causes no irritation, my barber now uses it on the neckline.

To avoid razor rash, I find that a good exfoliation is essential. That and shaving against "the grain" as it were!

All the normal recommendations are to shave with the direction of growth, but for me that just leads to ingrowing hairs!

However this helps.

My pics demonstrate the results.

I used to get a bit of a rash years ago, but as I shave all the time, the skin gets used to it so it's not a problem anymore. If a bit of a rash does appear, it's time for a new blade.
