Is the law enforceable?

I see a lot of people state law on their profiles-is this UK or US law? Be careful with the wording because the good old police in this country will catch you for public decency no matter where you are, and they tend to monitor sites so they can catch you unawares.

I thought those statements about Sydney University were a total joke...then again just be careful if they see you with you cock out they will charge you with public decency-normally a 50quid fine could be more these days.

I suspect that you are far more likely to be charged for being indecent in public and get away with being decent.

The legal earnings are a total waste of time and storage space. If, and that is a big if, they were enforceable your first problem is can you afford the lawyers fees? Then a barrister, they aren't cheap. Then where are you taking them to court? Which jurisdiction? The moment you step before the judge the other party claims "fair usage", case dismissed, here's your bill. If the case crosses legal boundaries you've no chance.

If you want to protect your image out a watermark on it.

If you're really that concerned don't put it on the internet.

No - it's a waste of space on the web-servers, which cost money to operate.

These ridiculous clauses are mentioned in the site guidelines.

Public decency is a very tricky crime to commit.

Ive nearly been caught several times.
