licking out used condoms is revolting. if those who do this only do this, that is, that's their only sexual activity and they never come into contact with others, then it's still revolting but harmless to others. if he does this sort of thing then meets others then he's a high risk sexual partner and he's putting others besides himself at risk. we are all responsible for our sexual health - we owe some minimum care not only to ourselves but also to our sexual partners....so it's not just a question of taste.
