Full Stops and Capital Letters

I know this is going to sound elitist, I know it's going to sound somewhat arrogant and maybe even the slightest bit pathetic, and I also know this isn't really going to affect anything but:

Am I the only one that gets slightly irritated and the abundant lack of basic English?

I'm not talking perfect spelling, nor prose writing. I'm not talking indentation, intelligent wording, Tolkien-esque description.

I'm talking full stops and capital letters. My eyes hurt from reading blocks of text with literally zero sentence structure, just one long line of words strung together in a barely comprehensible manner. Is it so hard to ask people to use full stops and capital letters where appropriate?

Like I said, I don't care about spelling, I don't care about commas or apostrophes. But sentencing is a basic, basic tool that makes things readable, and it'd be nice to see it -_-

Kudos to Mr RP who I've seen always use these tools well, and a few other regular posters as well.

No, you are not the only one that wants to read good English.

I hate text speak and I hate the affected glottal stops eg, (see you la errrr) especially when they are from OOOP here in the North, and not from the Sarf.

I expect some fireworks.!!!!!!

Mr Bear is not the only one, when I had a post on here some months ago regarding spelling I was asked

"does it matter if the guy who's going to suck your cock can read and write" no it doesn't.

I wonder if some have spelling mistakes on purpose to get the more educated guys to message them with a polite correction...don't do it.

Have to agree, I like the use of punctuation. Although I do have a habit sometimes of over using commas lol.

In a lot of cases, this site is only used for the next suck, shag or both. However, it's so much easier to understand someone's true intentions when they can express themselves properly :)

Teejay, if the person you're talking to is of similar age and background then that should be ok, it's just a fair few of us would like to be able to understand at first glance what someone is trying to say.

I hate having to ask my 22 y/o Nephew what some of the 'text speak' actually means lol ;o)

Lol, you didn't actually think a 42 year old bloke talks like a 22 year old chav did you? I've actually been considering, putting on my profile, don't mail me unless you can string a coherent sentence together.

Don't like text speak, it's lazy,shows a lack of respect for our mother tongue and, for the most part, is gibberish. I'm not looking to be courted by Wordsworth or Coleridge, but I'd appreciate a little effort grammatically.
