"I was seriously thinking of opening a gay sauna but don't think they are as profitable as you may think and I bet there is council police neighbors issues"
I used to work as a cleaner, in a gay sauna, before opening hours.
I do not think they are cheap places, to set up.
Apart from finding a suitable building, the fitting out can be expensive.
One I went to, in Blackpool, had no steam room.
To install one, was going to cost about £30,000.
Then there are showers, dry sauna, lockers, commercial washers & driers, for the towels, gas & electricity. Also, neighbor problems, as mentioned, before. Rates. Council licence, etc.
Ok, if you won the lottery.
